Bouh Bot is a technology product operated by Bouh for Business Consulting Office for Commercial Services, a registered Saudi establishment with Unified National Number 7052495699.
Data we may collect
- Account creation data such as name, email address, phone number, and business name.
- Employee accounts and permissions added by the workspace owner.
- Contacts, conversations, templates, and files processed by the user through the platform.
- Integration data for supported services, plus usage, device, and network logs required for security and operation.
- Correspondence sent to our support or sales team.
Why we process data
- To create the account, run the workspace, and deliver platform features.
- To execute the automated replies, bots, campaigns, and integrations requested by the user.
- To protect accounts, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.
- To provide support and improve platform performance and experience.
- To comply with legal requirements and binding official requests.
Data sharing
We may process data with infrastructure, communications, and integration providers strictly as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell customer data. When a user enables an external integration, the data is additionally subject to that provider's terms and policy.
WhatsApp Business Platform data
When a WhatsApp Business number is connected to a user account, the platform receives from the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) the data required to run the service: inbound and outbound messages and their attachments, sender phone numbers and display names, message delivery and read statuses, and identifiers for the account, the phone number, and approved message templates.
This data is used solely to operate the features the account owner requests — displaying conversations, automated replies, campaigns, and reports. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with any third party for that party's own purposes.
Access tokens are stored encrypted, and access to each account's conversations is limited to its owner and the employees the owner explicitly grants permission.
This data is deleted when the account is deleted, as described under Data Deletion Instructions below. An account owner may disconnect their number at any time, which stops the data flow immediately.
Processing of this data is additionally subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms and applicable Meta policies.
Retention and protection
We retain data for the lifetime of the account or for as long as needed to provide the service, after which we delete it or render it non-identifiable — unless certain records must be retained for a statutory period or to protect legal rights. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to limit unauthorised access.
User rights
- Request access to the data associated with their account.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of data or restriction of its processing where applicable.
- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on it, without affecting prior processing.

Data Deletion Instructions
To delete your account and its associated data on the Bouh Bot platform, send an email from the address registered on the account to info@bouhbot.com with the subject line: Bouh Bot data deletion request. Include the business name, the registered email, and the phone number linked to the account if any. Do not include your password or any verification codes in the request.
After we verify account ownership, we delete the account data, profile, and workspace; employee accounts and their permissions; contacts, groups, conversations, automated replies, bots, campaigns, and stored files; and integration keys that can be removed from the platform's systems.
We typically process the request within 30 days of completing verification. We may retain limited records where the law requires it, such as financial records needed to evidence transactions. Such records are isolated and are not used to operate the account after closure.
